• I am a PowerSeller - Bid with Confidence!


• By placing a bid or making an offer, you, the buyer, are entering yourself into a legal binding contract with the sellerPlease do not bid or make an offer if you have no intention of buying


• All auctions must be paid for within 72 hours after the auction ends or an unpaid item dispute will be opened unless alternate arrangements are made.


• Bidding, buying or making an offer means you accept and understand all of the terms


• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. 




• If an invalid shipping address is provided and a package is returned to me, the buyer will be required to provide a correct address and pay for the additional shipping charges.  If the buyer would like a refund instead, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount


• Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure that it is in the condition stated in the listing.


• Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number will be provided once the package is ready to ship.


• For International buyers:




• If free shipping is offered, it is only available for domestic United States shipments.  There is a shipping fee for all International shipments due to the higher costs, extra effort it takes to ship Internationally and to cover insurance costs.


• USPS First Class International does NOT include a tracking number - if you want tracking, please select USPS Priority Mail International.


• Insurance is Included in the shipping and handling charges for most International packages.


• The only influence I have on the shipping speed is getting the package to the Post Office.  Once the package is accepted by the USPS, I have no control over how long it takes to go through the International mail system and through customs.  Please do not give me negative feedback or poor ratings due to those items.


• Import duties, taxes and charges (typically collected upon delivery) are the buyers responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  Please check your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs may be.


• If the auction is for a video game or any other type of media, please make sure you know if the item is compatible with your equipment before purchasing.  If you are not sure, please contact me and I will try to help you determine if it will work with your equipment.  I will not give any refunds due to a buyer purchasing media that does not work with their equipment.
