The official ballot will be drafted, reviewed, and potentially approved at the November 2025 Perrysburg Rotary Club Board Meeting before being presented to the membership.
This year, we have one open club officer position and two open Foundation Trustee positions to fill:

Term: 5 years (progressing through the officer track, becoming President of the Perrysburg Rotary Club in the fourth year of service)

STRIVE Committee
Responsibilities:
Attend monthly Club Board Meetings and provide the 2nd Vice President’s Report.
Assist with weekly speaker scheduling in collaboration with the 1st Vice President.
This position is fully supported by the Perrysburg Rotary Club Board and Club Administrator and offers an excellent opportunity to grow in leadership, deepen your Rotary experience, and help shape the future of our club.
Perrysburg Rotary Community Foundation (PRCF) Trustees – Two Vacancies
Term: 3 years
The trustees are elected members of the Perrysburg Rotary Club and serve on behalf of the club’s membership. They:
Review grant applications and make recommendations on funding.
Ensure that the foundation’s activities align with the club’s mission of service.
Play a key role in maintaining the foundation’s endowment.
Support the unique charitable goals and initiatives of our community.
Serving as a PRCF Trustee is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact on our local and global giving efforts.
