Rotary Service Project @ Sunshine Communities - July 31st

As a Club, we recently provided a grant to the Sunshine Children's Homes/Sunshine Communities for $2,000. This grant helped them purchase playground tiles, picnic tables, benches, and a playhouse. Way To Go Rotarians!

Now, we have an opportunity for a hands-on service project to help Sunshine construct, put together and paint some of these items so that they can begin using the playground yet this summer.

We would love all hands on deck to help assist with this service project!  If you are available to be a #RotarianInAction on July 31st from 8:00 am - noon, please click here to register for this service project!

We will provide more details as we get closer to the event!!

In the News - Perrysburg Rotary Club
Recently, we had the honor of being featured in the Perrysburg Messenger Journal twice this past month.

Rotarians Susan Nelson, Jeff Normand, and Bob Venzel all collaborated to construct two featured articles for publication.  We could not be more proud of fellow Rotarians and Friends and the projects we are continuing to work on throughout the country.

It is an honor to serve beside some of the best Rotarians in the world and to make a difference not only locally but globally.

Last Week's Meeting - July  23rd Recap

Last week we welcomed Saint Rose School Perrysburg Principal, Dr. Bryon Borgelt, as our guest speaker.

Dr. Borgelt gave us a great presentation on St. Rose’s successful 2020-21 school year and how they plan to proceed with the upcoming school year.

He also shared how their dedicated teachers and staff are helping the students grow in their Catholic Faith, build Moral Virtue, and create a Compassionate Community.

We congratulate St. Rose on their continued success within our community! Keep up the great work!
