Last week we have had several Rotarians in Action!!
On August 26th we had two fellow Rotarians helping our friends at the Wood County Committee on Aging deliver meals to your neighbors in Perrysburg. Rotarians Julie Waidelich Roberts and Jeff Oster blessed many residents with a meal and a warm smile. The Perrysburg Rotary Club is currently volunteering on the fourth Thursday of every month and has a designated route. On August 30th we had the honor of kicking off our first Interact meeting of the 2021-2022 school year! Rotarians Alison Frye, Fred Dannhauser, and Jeff Oster helped get the first meeting started. We look forward to publishing the Interact calendar and working side by side our new friends at the Perrysburg High School on many projects!
Last but not least, our very own Rotarian Jeff Schaller and Michaella Schaller participated in the 2021 Carlton Pernell & Terry Skogland Memorial Ride to End Polio. This five day event took place in Maggie Valley, NC and is part of the Rotary Club of Motorcycling Rotarians This awesome group of Rotarians share a love for riding and gather together for fellowship and to give back!
