Last week, in honor of Fire Prevention Week 2015, we had Perrysburg Fire Chief Jeff Klein as our guest speaker. Chief Klein provided us a wealth of knowledge regarding smoke detectors and fire safety statistics. He reiterated the importance of having working smoke alarms in your home. Most smoke alarms are over 4 years old, with some being as old as 10+ years old. To learn more about fire safety statistics click here.
