Back to School Supply Drive - Community Service Project

Our first service project of the year is here!

Let's band together to help our friends at Moms Mobile Mission on their yearly School Supply Drive!!

From now until August 5th, we will be collecting school supplies at each weekly meeting.  School supply season is upon us and not every family is able to secure the items their student needs for the upcoming school year.  A pack of markers, a glue stick, or even a pair of scissors may not see like a lot to many but it could mean the world to a family in need.  Find a list below of the items Moms Mobile Mission is currently accepting.

*Book Bags *Folders *Pens *Pencils *Markers *Crayons *Colored Pencils *Composition Notebooks *Safety Scissors *Dry Erase Markers *Wide Rule Notebook Paper *Glue Sticks *Glue

A big shout out to Jamie Forbush and Einstein (Screech Owl) from Nature's Nursery for joining us at our meeting last week!!

We had a fabulous time learning more about their Wildlife Education Program, how they encourage/educate their volunteers, and how they rehab their animals.

Nature’s Nursery is currently in the process of renovating their new home in Monclova Township.

July is New Leadership Month

Welcome to the new Rotary Year!!

"Imagine, a world that deserves our best where we get up each day knowing that we can make a difference." ~ RI President Jennifer Jones

Like every new year, Rotary International releases a new Rotary Theme.  In February, Rotary International President Jennifer Jones was elated to announce the 2022-2023 Rotary Theme, Imagine Rotary.  A theme with so many opportunities for us as Rotarians to envision and change the future for our Club, Community, Country, and World.

President Mitchel Skotynsky gave us a glimpse of how he is imaging Rotary for the 2022-2023 Rotary year.  Click the video below to hear President Skotynsky's Charter Night speech!
