Nature's Nursery is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing injured, orphaned, and sick native wildlife while inspiring thousands of people each year through conservation education. Serving 18 counties across Northwest Ohio, the organization provides care for more than 3,700 wild animals annually and reaches over 15,000 children and adults through its educational programs and animal ambassadors.
Allison will share the incredible work happening behind the scenes at Nature's Nursery, the challenges facing local wildlife, and how education and community involvement are helping people and wildlife coexist. You'll also learn how volunteers, donors, and community partners play a vital role in protecting the natural world right here in our own backyard.
